Sometimes an incident occurs which affects the health and lives of more than one person for example: a sewage treatment plant or factory emits noxious fumes which cause sickness amongst residents in nearby houses. Legal action can often be strengthened and the weight of argument reinforced, where claimants instruct the same solicitors to collect evidence and act on their behalf.
