Road Traffic Accidents
If you were the driver of a vehicle when someone ran into you or if you were knocked off your bicycle or motorbike, you can claim compensation for the injuries you suffered.
If you were a passenger in a vehicle driven by someone else, even if it was your husband or wife, you can still make a claim for compensation if the car accident was their fault.
If the guilty driver left the scene of the accident, (a hit and run) we can make a claim through the Motor Insurers Bureau, provided the collision was reported to the police. If the police cannot trace the driver, then the MIB will pay you compensation but will only pay £500 towards your legal costs. If the driver wasn't insured, then provided the accident was reported to the police, the MIB pay compensation and all your legal costs.
So, if you think you have a claim, simply complete the short questionnaire below and we'll check it for you. It won't cost you anything, there is no obligation for you to pursue a claim, and you'll get a prompt response from our specialist claims team.
